A yearly Costco membership quickly pays for itself if you’re buying food and other home goods in bulk. In case you didn’t know, you can wring even more value from it on the upcoming Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom that’s coming out on Sept. 26 on the Nintendo Switch. Normally $59.99, you can pre-order a physical copy for $52.99 when you’re signed into your membership account.
In case you’ve somehow avoided all the hype surrounding this game, it’s the first-ever Zelda game where actually get to play as Zelda herself. By wielding magical powers, she can summon Echoes of objects (and creatures) encountered along the journey to defeat evil — and ultimately save Link.
This is the only current discount we’ve spotted for the game at a major U.S. retailer, and the likes of Amazon, Best Buy, and Target aren’t likely to follow suit. So, if you really want a smidge off the total for this game, it’s to Costco (online or in-store) you’ll have to go. If you don’t have a Costco membership, you can check out its tiers here, which start at $65.
